In completing this credit application, the applicant, hereby agrees that all full amounts are payable within approved terms from the due date reflected on the invoice and not in installments. Terms will be at the sole discretion of ReGo Trading Inc. If the invoice is not paid by the due date on said invoice, the invoice will be viewed as delinquent. Further the applicant agrees to pay a delinquency fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum penalty per month allowed by state law) on any amount which is past due and any legal and/or collection fees due to delinquency. Check(s) with non-sufficient funds will be subject to an additional bank fee. All payments are to be made to ReGo Trading Inc 200 Liberty Street Metuchen, NJ 08840. Upon completing this application, applicant grants permission to ReGo Trading Inc to obtain independent credit reports and other information from its trade and bank references as completed above and authorizes the trade and bank references to release information to ReGo Trading Inc that may be used to determine credit worthiness. All decisions with respect to the extension or continuation shall be in the sole discretion of ReGo Trading Inc, and ReGo Trading Inc may terminate any credit availability within its sole discretion.
